Lovely decor, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Well located.

Only challenge was parking our rental car. The owner of the property did give us clear instructions for our options.

Location perfect to visit Cagliari. Grazia and the staff very gentle and available. Room very clean. Breakfast excellent.

Convenient and very homey. Had a nice gathering room with a kitchen, snacks , coffee, tea etc. beautifully decorated. Lovely host who was kind and helpful. Also fluent in English.

The hotel embodies what a boutique property should be. The rooms and beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the building itself, rich in history, has been immaculately restored to balance timeless charm with modern elegance. Breakfast was nothing short of outstanding—generous, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to begin each day. At this price point, the experience was exceptional value. This was a beautiful 5 star experience that had exceptional quality room and breakfast that that we have not found elsewhere, right in the heart of Cagliari. This is a very special stay, the photos do not do this place justice. It is a historical building with high quality modern furnishings. The rooms are equivalent to a very good 5 star hotel. The breakfast experience was just amazing. High quality fresh produce including our omelette were just scrumptious and a perfect way to start the day. To our hostess, thank you so much for all your invaluable information and making us feel so welcome. You knowledge helped us experience Sardinia to the full. We look forward to coming back one day.

A beautiful and modern accommodation in the centre of Cagliari. Grazia was a fantastic host, very attentive and welcoming. The bed in my room was comfortable, there was an AC and a luxurious bathroom. The host and her staff were ready to acommodate any requirement for breakfast which was delicious. Highly recommended.

My room did not have a window but a glass door through which you could see in the hall. It was covered by curtain to give guests privacy. Natural daylight would be perfect but I understand the apartment had the disposition as it was, so nothing could be done about that.
