The location could be suitable if you’re just looking for a quick overnight stay near the airport and don’t plan to spend much time at the accommodation.

Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was disappointing. When we arrived, there was confusion — the host said she hadn’t received our reservation confirmation from Booking.com and didn’t know we were coming that day. Communication was difficult, as she didn’t speak English, so we had to rely on translation apps to understand each other. The room is located in the city center, which is convenient, but finding street parking nearby was nearly impossible. Only after we asked specifically about parking did she inform us that there was a designated parking area about a 7-minute walk away (more like 10–15 minutes in the heat), accessible only with a code. At first glance, the room appeared clean, but upon closer look, this wasn’t really the case. There was brown water dripping from the air conditioning unit, and the balcony — which wasn’t functional for sitting or relaxing — was used as a storage space for cleaning supplies and had standing water from the AC as well. The coffee machine didn’t appear to be clean, and the fridge was not powerful enough to properly cool even bottles of water. Overall, we expected more based on the listing and photos, and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Clean room and friendly owner. very central location.

The room and bathroom is big and clean. There is a mini fridge in the room and a coffee machine. The bed is confortable. There is a bus station right outside the building. The accomodation has a secure parking that opens with a code. It is at 5 min walk from the accomodation. The city center is at 15 min walk and there are plenty of cafes near the accomodation.

The only thing I would change are the pillows that need to be updated

If you need the best location to discover downtown Cagliari this is the right place.Walkin distance to many points of interest , restaurants, shopping streets. Free car parking is in just 5-7 minutes walk.Very clear and detailed instructions from owner.Owner answered right away to my messages.
