L’établissement est très bien. Cependant, nous avons une coupure durant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très très bon. Transport proposé cependant trop excessif dans les prix. À revoir

1. The owner Mr Gamage is very flexible, helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the guests’ requirements are looked after. 2. Chef Bandara with his staff can whip up a good meal according to guest’s wishes 3. Modern clean rooms upstairs

Mosquitos in the ope air dining area in spite of all the steps taken by staff to keep them away. Minor inconvenience.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit ! Repas et petit déjeuner Délicieux. Ils nous ont laissés le choix (européen ou spécialités de chez eux) Chambre propre et Énorme piscine. L’hébergement est au calme à 2 pas de la rue principal ! Les hôtes étaient d’une gentillesse indéfinissable. C’est le cœur lourd que nous quittons ce lieux .

SCAM ALERT. We were asked to cancel the booking.com reservation upon arrival in return for a 20% discount. Our large group of 20 people had several rooms and on Check-out the owner tried to use excessively increased prices that he looked up on booking.com (but he had increased them after our arrival, and then pretended that the new increased prices were the ones that our fake discount was applied to). One of us was charged almost 50 USD more and then had a long and nerve-wrecking discussion with the owner. For one room upgrade we were told on check-in that it cost 20 USD per night, and charged double this rate on check out. The owner also added a 10% service charge to the food, tried to charge us 10 euros for swimming in the pool once, added his own service charge to safari booking with a third party, and charged 700 rs for each kg of laundry which he then grossly overestimated (my friend was charged for 4 kg laundry which was way too much). Avoid this scam hole at all cost, the owner just wants to cheat and lie. I am trying to get this hotel removed from this website. Also, the standard/budget rooms are damp and stink. Look up the recent reviews on Google, I think the review content on booking com might be fake. The neighbour hotel staff also told our bus driver that the owner of this hotel is known for being dishonest.

Is very well located. You are close to city centre and Cave Temple. The owner is the kindest person you’ll ever meet… Very helpful and attentive. This stay is absolute good value… Breakfast was very nice as well

Maybe the bathroom can use some kind of extraction so it’s not always humid and doesn’t get smelly

as solo traveller room was really good. as early morning i went for outing so i couldnt had the breakfast, so no idea. But that stuffs are quite nice. its not as like resort catagory its more like home stay. i like it.

The family is nice and really helpful

It’s little inside around 500 mtr but it’s walkable
