It was generally fine, good price and helpful staff. Breakfast included and delicious, free tea and coffee. The hotel also provides scooters for rent for 8$/day (cheaper than many rentals).

My room had fan instead of an A/C (the A/C didn’t work) and sometimes big cockroaches came from the outside. There was no how water in the shower (the water wasn’t cold, it was ok for showering. I just really love hot showers). About 20 minutes drive to Angkor Wat (by scooter).

The manager was very friendly.

The listing is outdated. They dont include airport transfer - transfer to the airport is $17. Be aware. They don't accept card or payments for the room through booking.com. They asked me to pay cash and then told Booking.com I didn't check in so they didn't have to pay commission. Room was dark, mattress was very thin. The aircon unit dripped glue onto our pillow and into my wife's hair.
