Thanks to the friendly staff for making our stay soooo memorable. The accomodation was excellent. The rooms are nicely and comfortably furnished. The food to die for. Excellent!!!!!

We liked absolutely everything! The room was spacious and comfortable with so many wonderful extras. Dinner was excellent and the staff extremely welcoming and accommodating too.

服务非常好，所有的员工都很热情，从我们进门开始，她们就在门口迎接并且指引我们停车，带我们参观住宿的房间，介绍配套的设施，各个功能区的位置，并且耐心地回答我们的所有问题，每个人都是那么友善，真是让人感觉很舒服安全。酒店里面就有餐厅，有书店，纪念品店，即使我们比较晚才到达酒店，也可以在酒店里面活动。而且整个酒店的装饰设计都非常棒，可以看出来是经过很用心的布置，有很多独特的艺术品，工艺品和古董收藏品，在一天的劳累之后能看到这些真是很开心。房间很大，配备的物品非常齐全，而且还给我们准备了很多水果，还有当地酿造的莓果酒，很好喝。院子里种的花草也很美，真是非常棒的一家酒店，虽然我们只是路过Richmond ，但是能住到这里，真是觉得一切都值得。

房间可能是新装修的，油漆的味道还是很大，尤其对于我们这种鼻炎患者来说，有点过于刺激，如果平常能多让房间通风，驱散油漆味道可能会更好。再一个可能是酒店的位置在乡村地区，花草树木比较多容易招惹蚊虫，所以房间里也是会看到有蚊虫。

Very comfortable accommodation. Great staff, so friendly. We didn’t have breakfast, left early. Dinner was good. We just forgot to tell them we wanted rare chops! Our fault! Lovely homely, chilled atmosphere. We will definitely stay again…..
