In the middle of Keswick. Very clean and well kept. Friendly hosts. Excellent home cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay next time I’m in Keswick.

Excellent and friendly hosts. Breakfast very good, location excellent.

As a smoker (not very good these days, I know), I appreciate that there is no smoking in the building, but the property does have a pretty seating area in the front garden, but was not allowed to smoke there, which I found odd, but rules are rules.
