The staff were exceptional, articularly Atu, always on hand and keen to help. Dinner was delicious! Location was fine, out of the main hustle and bustle of the city, but everywhere of interest was easily reachable by either scooter or a good walk. Room comfortable and bed not as hard as most we've experienced 🙂

Nothing anyone could do about it, but we were plagued with power cuts, morning and evening. We had a heater for our room (cold nights in January) but weren't always able to use it. Bring extra warm clothes!

This hotel had the most modern amenities of anywhere I stayed in North India over three weeks. Very nice place! Warm

This was the best Guest House that we have ever stayed in. It was exemplary in its cleanliness, upkeep, maintenance, service, and behaviour of the people. The location was excellent and away from the crowd or noise of the city. The owner Mr.Manen, and the manager Ms.Atu are people with golden hearts and always made us feel that we are staying in our home. They provided all kinds of help and support going out of their way. They are gem of persons. Anytime in future I visit Kohima, Palm Guest House is going to be my permanent stay ever. I would very strongly advise everyone visiting Nagaland to stay at The Palm Guest House only. It is an experience of a lifetime.

There was absolutely NOTHING that we did NOT like in The Palm Guest House. This homestay can be the role model for anyone in the hospitality business. Thank you Mr.Manen & Atu for giving us such a lovely experience.
