Όλα ήταν υπέροχα και σε κεντρικό σημείο.

Θα μπορούσε να άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες τουλάχιστον ανά , 3 ημέρες, και να καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο

Pokój wyposażony w aneks kuchenny i wszystkie potrzebne przybory (suszarka, żelazko, deska do prasowania, sztućce oraz niezwykle przydatny wentylator w cieplejsze dni). W ogłoszeniu było napisane że w pokoju są dwa pojedyncze łóżka. W rzeczywistości okazało się że to są dwa duże łóżka i na dodatek bardzo wygodne.

Mogłoby być trochę czyściej. Na klatce schodowej jest remont i było dosyć dużo kurzu

The apartment is in an old pre war Krakow apartment block in an excellent location at the edge of Kaźmierz district and a short walk from Wawel Castle and the main square. The value for money was excellent. There was a free standing air conditioning unit in the room which was very welcome.

Unfortunately I had a couple of minor issues and wasn’t totally happy with how one of them was dealt with. When I arrived and settled into my apartment I realised I had been given no towels. I had been travelling all day and really needed to shower. I was also in a hurry to meet family for dinner so I didn’t have time to go back to the reception which is located in a separate building. I had to shower and drip dry which was inconvenient. I messaged reception on Booking.com to advise them of the issue and they said they would bring round fresh towels. Next morning at 9am this still had not been done and I had to message repeatedly until a girl finally came with a towel. This was rather inconvenient and I shouldn’t have had to send multiple messages to resolve the issue. The only other issue was that the duvet cover had a mild mouldy smell indicating it hadn’t been dried properly before it was applied to my bed.
