The staff was very friendly. The room was warm and spacious, with a great view! Food was delicious and good value. We will definitely come back.

Micul dejun a fost suficient, dar cu putine optiuni, insa pentru doua dimineti a fost bine. Locatia amplasata bine, cu tot ce trebuie si incanta ochiul si sufletul. (spatiul verde din jur, lac , insula pe lac cu bar - stil ciuperca, terasa pe malul lacului, locuri de servit masa in curte si barbeque). Domnul de la receptie si restaurant deosebit de amabil, preparatele pregatite de bucatareasa bune.

Ar trebui mai multa atentie cu curatenia. (caloriferul din baie era plin de praf, nu puteai aseza prosopul pe el).

Aproape de Rasnov, restaurantul este un plus, zona usor accesibila. Super papanasii :) Un loc bun de mers si cu alte ocazii!

Wir sind Gäste dieses Hauses seit über 12 Jahre. Die Location, die Umgebung ist wundervoll. Das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Danke dafür. Das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit auch gut. Die Betten sehr komfortabel. Man bemerkt, dass man sich große Mühe gibt um für den Gast immer da zu sein und aus den vorhandenen Mitteln das Beste zu machen.

Man kann nicht sagen, dass es uns nicht gefallen hat. Leider ist die Location einer alten (einst wundervollen) Lady, die in die Jahre gekommen ist, zu vergleichen. Das gesamte Hotel ist sanierungsbedürftig. Die Bäder sind sehr alt (aber sauber), die Teppichböden genauso alt und müssten überall erneuert werden. Außen ganz toll, doch innen muss alles neu gemacht werden. Wenn das gemacht wurde, sind wir sofort wieder da. Danke!

Peisajul, mâncarea și personalul.

Departe de oraș. Fără mașină nu te poți deplasa. Doar cu un bolt, respectiv Uber.

The ambiance of the hotel at the lake was great. The first person we met at the reception was very nice and welcoming.

The service at the restaurant was terrible. Nobody came to our table for an hour after we had ordered our drinks. Even after we moved inside and asked for somebody to come over, nobody came for 20 minutes. At breakfast it was equally bad. The buffet was nearly empty one day, the other day there was no more bread. The staff just sat behind the bar chilling and talking. Most of the tables were always stacked with empty plates. Also the reception desk was almost always empty. In addition the bathroom could have used a renovation - the flushing tank was leaking
