Nino and Mari are incredible hosts! They make you feel so welcome, taking extra care for anyone and everyone. They are the excellency of the Excellent ;)

Rezerwujcie to miejsce, jeśli chcecie mieć prawdziwe gruzińskie doświadczenie! Właściciele są przemili i serdeczni, pomogą ze wszystkim. Miejsce jest czyściutkie, widok z tarasu piękny, łóżka wygodne. Domowa atmosfera. Na pewno tu wrócę :) Dziękujemy!

Хозяйка - Нино, очень гостеприимная, приветливая, и располагающая! Она, это мама, которая вас встречает после долгой дороги, и благодаря этому вы чувствуете себя как дома! Завтрак великолепный! Домашнее вино, вкусное! Виды потрясающие! Вот пример ночного города!

Это не недостаток, а просто небольшая ремарка, подниматься нужно на 3-й этаж, по винтовой лестнице.

Friendly and generous owners. Nice and tidy room. Family atmosphere. Nino is willing to help with everything. Including: planning trips, orientation in the city, airport transfer, all-day-long trip with driver planning, night talking about country history and habits, home wine tasting, preparing breakfast for very early departure (3 AM) and personally waking up to say goodbye.

The house complex from the street view may seem not posh for west-european tourists. But this is totally normal in Georgia and the accommodation was amazingly authentic, tidy and warm.

La hospitalidad de Nino y su familia es extraordinaria, siempre atentos a las necesidades e inquietudes de los huéspedes. La comunicación muy facil, los hijos hablan ingles fenomenal!! Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están muy limpias, el desayuno es excelente, con productos típicos de elaboración casera. La mermelada de albaricoque es la mejor que he comido nunca 🤤 Gracias familia!!

Расположение отеля отличное, хозяйка Нино добрейшей души человек, встретила с аэропорта, угостила вином. Утром приготовила домашний завтрак. Для экскурсии посоветовала и пригласила своего друга Валерия, который весь день показывал нам достопримечательности Кутаиси, и вечером отвёз на автовокзал. Это город который нельзя сравнить с другими. Там особый колорит. Спасибо Нино!

The host was so lovely and helpful Location is good Room basic but clean and comfortable

The stairway and entrance is so treacherous a metal outside spiral stair case or inside and knock your head on the opening between the 2 floors Also only 1 bathroom for the 3 rooms and toilet is in the bathroom
