Guest House Panda

Stayed here for five nights six days and I was working while traveling. The room is so cute with spacious bathroom where you can alternate between the couch and desk if staying in/working. The location is good. It is 16 minute walk to the Conchi fountain where all the cafes, restaurants and bars in Kutaisi are. The house is located right next to a Family supermarket and an ATM so you can easily get your urgent needs The patio is quite good if you wanna chill outside. Laundry service is provided for 5 lari which is very very cheap. The owner does it for you. Most importantly, the owner of the house. She does not speak English so I couldn't communicate to her as much but just based on her actions, I could tell she is an absolute sweetheart who really cares about her guests

My stay is 10/10 for me because I paid about 36 lari a night for such a lovely, comfortable stay so take this more as areas of improvement. Also I never complained to the hosts since I didn't need to. -WiFi could be better. I mainly relied on my hotspot to get work done -I had trouble finding the guesthouse. For future guests, I say finding the Family supermarket next to the college and keep heading eastwards. It will be on your left. The buildings are numbered on the outside

The hostess is sweet, welcoming and kind. I really loved the chill garden. The room had all for a comfortable stay, especially I liked having tea and kettle provided. The location is very central

At first I had a bit of trouble finding it because the street has some strange house numbers. But then I found it. It's in a well-maintained house, the owners have a nice dog. The breakfast was good, I couldn't even eat it all. It's a bit far from the center. There's a supermarket opposite, and a restaurant a bit further away.

La situation géographique : 7 minutes depuis la fontaine au centre et 2 minutes depuis la gare de trains. La maison est située dans un des quartiers résidentiels de la ville. La propriétaire a vraiment bien conçu l'ensemble des lieux qui sont à notre disposition : chambre spacieuse et chaleureuse à l'abris de la chaleur de l'été, la terrasse avec des tables, chaises et fil à linge.

The host was very thoughtful of the guests' needs. She had prepared everything that we would need. AC worked very well in the hot summer. Great location to walk to the city center. Host doesn't speak English but is friendly.

It’s a lovely place with very kind owner, who helped me a lot when I left my phone in the taxi! My room was spacious and the house has a very nice courtyard with hammocks and lights to rest in the afternoon or evening.
