Perfect place if you only stay a night in Kutaisi. Very close to the train and bus station. Very friendly host and everything was clean.

The bathroom was smelling a little weird.

Прекрасно место, недалеко до автовокзала и аэропорта. Чисто, удобно. Очень спокойное место, соседей не слышали, высыпались. Хозяева очень приятные люди. Однозначно рекомендую.

Два раза не работал сливной бачок в туалете. Но я связывалась с хозяином и приходили чинить. Тем кто путешествует с большими чемоданами, учтите что это частный двухэтажный дом, лифта нет ( но это прежде мое упущение, а не минус в размещении)
