"Nice scenery, but the people not very friendly, important details surprinsingly missing."

The location is very nice, the overall idea of this compund is great, very nice interiour pool. Villa no.6 - very beautiful, modern, excellent.

The villa in which we were staying had no AC in the bedrooms, during the night there were 27 degrees - very unpleasant. The restaurant should have had the final order for food at 22:00 according to the guy from the reception. In fact in the restaurant they said is 21:30. Everything was brought in a hurry and it was very difficult after 22:00 to order even some drinks to go. Breakfast was closed at 10:30, at 10:10 the buffet was nearly empty and nobody seemed interested to bring anything more. The overall attitude of the staff was like they were bothered by guests. The tennis court had plants growing on it…

The view from the pool was amazing and the staff was really nice. The room was really cozy. It is a pretty good place to enjoy some peaceful moments.

In the summer days maybe they could add some air conditioner.

The stay was great. Clean and quiet place. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Great location for a tranquil trip.

My room had some problems with the shower, and the pool opens too late for those that want to swing in the morning then check out other then that it was a good stay.

Perfect atmosphere, amenities, everything.

Remote area , no phone signal, good wifi at the ranch, but good to know. We got a room at the second floor. With a toddler, rather difficult to go up and down all the time.
