Balcony was good even it is shared

The owner was very rude. She was not there to receive us night. We were like stranded in a rural area. Next day she came but no greetings, no room service instead she always says walk slowly, speak low voice. We were not allowed to climb stairs comfortably. My 3 year old son was scared of her. Her dog was chasing my kid and he was crying loudly. She says “sh… i have other guests “. Always concerned about other guests but not us. I am wondering how people written these good reviews.! Because the way she treated us was very bad.

The house is beautiful and clean.

There were cob webs in the balcony.

The room was clean, quiet, and cusy. The location was good.

The Washroom was shared, shoes were missing, the house was dark.
