This place is excellent, near to all necessities, the staff is very accomodoting very nice place to leave in comfortable and relaxing, and the best part this place having a big balcony,, its a best for all travellers. I recommend this place when you are travelling to Kutaisi, Georgia. All ancestral place is around in this place, museum is opposite only. And beside at the museum you can having a live band while you are drinking.

Central location. Comfortable beds.

Steep and awful stairs for people with suitcases. Very bad smell in the bathroom. Almost impossible to find it easily.
