Space was nice. Sheets and towels were clean.

The cleanliness department is a bit lacking. Dumpster in the yard is a gathering spot for a hundred flies. The shower is to small and is leaking outside. Minor malfunction the shower cover was loose and if you close the door to the bathroom would be hard to open without breaking something. The cooking heater was full of grease also the refrigerator.
