La posizione permette di arrivare facilmente in molte località

La stanza era sporca per terra, inoltre anche le lenzuola, i cuscini e le tende (soprattutto quelle del bagno) erano sporche. Il soffione della doccia era parzialmente otturato ed il doccino non poteva essere regolato. Il parcheggio in strada era saltuario ed a pagamento in base a dove ci si posizionava. Le mensole del bagno sono gonfie dall'umidità.
