Great location with easy access to the town centre. The deco of the room is classical with personal touch.

The breakfast is in a hamper which is cute but lack of choices. I was expecting a hot breakfast like what a typical b&b offers rather than tea with chocolate bars and shortbreads.

Very central and was perfect for my needs. parking was good and close to property. The dogs gave me a friendly welcome.

Lighting as I came out, i walked into the bins while leaving, no injury.

I have stayed in Marriott's, Hilton's and The Fairmont's but Amanda's attention to detail make this one of the best places that I have ever stayed in. The single room might be small, but it's completely self contained. It has a fridge, a microwave, a care basket with loads of free goodies, a coffee machine and a kettle. The best part is that you also get a place to sit and have your coffee. The bathroom is on the ground floor, but it is spacious and clean. Even the towels are scented. Amanda and her son have made sure that everything you need is there for you. There is freshness as soon as you enter the room. Since she has also been the councillor, she has wonderful insights into the actual lives and problems of people of Shetland. Her tours are really informative and interesting. Bottom line, I would never book anything else whenever I am in Lerwick.

It is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.

Excellent Shower

Fabulous place, the hostess (can't remember her name now) was so lovely and very kindly let me work in the lounge after checkout since my flight was a bit later.

Breakfast was lovely, the bed was super comfy and we parked right outside, no issues. Just a short walk to the water front so it was perfect.
