Personalen var oerhört hjälpsam och berättar gärna om vad som finns här i Levanto och i 5Terre. Kom med tips och goda råd. Trevligt med lite snacks, te och kaffe på rummet. Kylskåp finns också på rummet.

Inget stort problem, men det var ganska lyhört mellan rummen. Dock inget oväsen från gatan.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies, Judith est très gentille, elle parle très bien le français et elle est au petit soin avec ses clients. Elle vous donne toutes les informations qu'il faut pour les 5 terres et même un plan des bon restaurants rapport qualité prix de levento. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le lit confortable et tout equipé. On ne le voit pas sur les photos mais il y a la clim dans la chambre, serviettes de douche et accessoires. L'hôtel est très bien situé, il est presque au pied des collines, tranquillité absolue et pourtant vous contourner l'hôtel et ensuite vous decendez tout droit et vous arrivez sur la rue piétonne oû il y a les boutiques et les restaurants.3 minutes à pied. Et 7 minutes à pied de la gare. Bref un petit paradis.

Appartement bien placé et propre.. La table était mise avec toutes sortes de gourmandises offertes, c'est très appréciable. Il faisait juste un peu froid a notre arrivée. On a bataillé pour mettre le chauffage.
