"The best b & b we have ever stayed in and terrific value for money."

We were met by a lovely man called Derek , he was very informative about the accommodation and the area . We were provided with fresh milk for tea/ coffee and a bottle of water person daily. The breakfast was superb. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the area it couldn’t be beaten for the whole experience.

The property and room was immaculate, bright airy and spacious. It was very homely and welcoming. There was a stair lift if needed to access the first floor rooms. Breakfast was freshly cooked to a time you wished between set times. Both continental and English breakfast. A good way to start any day. The guest house is located on a bus route and also has parking. This was perfect for my needs as I was visiting my parents a short 2 minute walk from the guest house. Will definitely use again.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked ….

"Just what we wanted."

Excellent breakfast, freshly prepared. We liked the atmosphere - old building, old cars, fine metalwork decoration. Location was just right for us to attend a funeral in Leyland.
