"Good comfy room and excellent on-suite shower"

Good communication before arriving. Sally was helpful during my stay and informative of the area. Will definitely be back next year to complete the C2C2C charity bike ride again

"Great little place to stay in Lincoln."

The friendly interactions with Darren and Sally and a warm welcome.Very helpful in getting to and into my room.Single room very clean and comfy,bathroom immaculately clean.Plenty of teas and coffee's etc.Tv with netflix you tube which you dont get in many hotels.They also upgraded me to a room around the back so as not to have the noise from the main road.Kitchen area with microwave,fridge etc.

Cant think of anything.

"Exceptional"

A excellent Guest House with Darren and Sally the owners so lovely and very welcoming. Situated approx from city centre around 20 mins walk opposite a park and close to Lincoln City Football Stadium. My room was on the 2nd floor with a great power shower, a double and single bed plus good wifi ,also tea/coffee facilities next to the TV. I was at the front next to the main rd but it didn't bother me, It is quite and very clean. There's also a dining room on the ground floor with a microwave and breakfast facilities.

Erg aardige mensen, en kreeg een gratis upgrade. Bed was heel comfortabel.

Het was niet goed schoongemaakt, de bedden waren schoon maar de badkamer had schimmel op veel plekken.

"Functional for a sleep . No frills ."

Clean ., old fashioned furniture.

Parking not as described. Had to park in a lay-by further down . Check in is to suit the owners and not the customer as is checkout . Basic B&b but functional.

Excellent communication from owner and Sally could not do enough to make sure i was welcome. Although the hotel is not manned overnight, Sally was there every morning
