La posizione è comodissima: a 10 min da terrazza Mascagni e allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e con molta possibilità di trovare parcheggio. La stanza è arredata in modo funzionale e con molto gusto. La zona comune è confortevole e con tutto ciò che può servire (Frigo, microonde, stoviglie etc.)
