Suriya Homestay Mirissa

La amabilidad de Suriya y su mujer desde el primer momento, son unos huéspedes excelentes. Nos recibieron con zumo, toalla fría, mojada y perfumada. El sitio es muy bonito y a la habitación no le falta detalle (incluso en la terraza tienes spray de mosquitos y un ventilador!). Cama comodísima, buen aire acondicionado y silenciosl, ducha muy buena. El desayuno es increíble.

La ubicación quizás un pelín alejada. Puedes ir caminando a la playa y también estás a un paso de la calle principal, pero no donde hay más ambiente. Estás cerca y lejos de todo a la vez. Nosotros llevábamos tuktuk así que sin problema.

Thank you for the great time! We received a warm welcome and enjoyed the four days to the fullest. The location is perfect for the beach and the harbour. The breakfast was prepared with so much love and there was even coffee in the room before breakfast. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much!!

At first my family kept complaining as the house was in a small street and looked abandoned, after reaching the house host son which was under 15 welcomed us with fruit's and juice but still we had doubt for staying there. Kid explained all the places that are good to visit with pictures and approximate price and walking distance or tuktuk distancebut this is not all the room was the best room with best facilities and cleanest room in my travel time to Sri Lanka. (Even cleaner than some hotels in Dubai which i Live) More than 5 insect repellents were installed inside the room and outside. Room lightning were perfect (you might think I'm over saying but you should see) Hair dryer, Hair straighteners, Ironing, wardrobe and ..... Next day breakfast i can say it worth more than what we pay for the room.

This place was amazing and value for money, if you find anything that you didn't like please let me know as well

This is possibly the best place that we stayed in Sri Lanka. The hosts are very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast is great. We were also given beach towels, so that was quite useful. The property is on a quiet area just off the main road, and a couple of minutes to the bus stop. The bathroom is also clean and big.

When we put a discount, we got the room for less money. A very complete room and a bathroom, a very delicious full breakfast, a very friendly staff, a very fast fiber internet facility is also available here, we wanted to stay another day but we couldn't, this is a place that can be recommended to anyone coming to Mirissa.

Mr Suriya was great. Clean clean clean. Whole area was under control for cleaning. Staff were helpfull and nice.

La chambre est spacieuse, ventillateur frigo et clim réel plus ! Douche chaude avec pression. L'hôtel se trouve en arrière de la grande rue donc pas de nuisance sonore et est proche de tout (arret de bus, resto ect..) petit déjeuner copieux ! Hôtes très gentil !

Il y a des caméras sur la terrasse de la chambre on s est senti regardé ...

The location was good for walking to the beach, the harbour, restaurants etc. It's very close to the whale watching companies. The room was nice and very clean, bathroom great as well. There was an outside sitting area and a pretty garden. The owner, Suriya, obviously took great pride in keeping the place tidy, particularly after heavy rain. He helped us dry off our tuktuk and everything. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Highly recommend.
