Wonderful family Made us feel welcome 🙏 🤗 Served us extra tea....n biscuits 😋 Bed comfy Good bathroom Decent fan and fridge .

It does get hot with no air con. Next to main road. Didn't disturb us cos we slept n woke early

The owners are really nice! Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

A charming guest house within a short walk of Coconut Tree Hill and beaches. Friendly and helpful hosts who make for a pleasant stay. A very good breakfast is served. The room and guesthouse was exactly as described in the listing. The view of the sea is over rooftops and trees. Overall a good value for money place to stay.

The room was very hot.

We had a lovely stay at Coconut Reach. The room was clean and just like the pictures, the shower even has hot water if you want it. We had to work from our laptops a few days and the internet was stable and suitable. So good for remote work. The breakfast every morning was simple, but tasty. And the location is great, you’ve got coconut tree hill on your doorstep so you could watch the sunset and Mirissa beach is only a 15 minute walk. Last but not least, the family who runs it is super friendly and is available at all times.

We asked ourselves to get our room cleaned after 5 days of staying.

Very nice family lead Homestay. The breakfast was great and we were welcomed warmly. The guesthouse is in very short walking distance to the Coconut Tree Hill and the Turtle Point Beach.

There is a fan in the room but no AC.
