"Zimmer ok, Service verbesserungsfähig"

Wir hatten, nach Nachfrage von der Unterkunft, die Anreise extra zwischen 19 und 20 Uhr angekündigt, waren dann erst um 20.15 Uhr dort und das Zimmer war trotzdem noch nicht fertig geputzt. Nach 15 Minuten konnten wir dann rein. Es war sauber und ordentlich, die Klimaanlage sehr laut im Vergleich zu anderen. Für 1-2 Nächte nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug ausreichend. Gute zentrale Lage in Negombo, nah zum Strand und sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Für die Abreise haben wir extra mehrmals mitgeteilt, dass wir morgens um 7 Uhr los müssen und ob wir dann noch zahlen können und uns wurde bestätigt dass das kein Problem wäre. Am Morgen war der Besitzer dann nicht auffindbar und erreichbar und wir haben das Geld versteckt und sind so abgereist. Zum Glück hat das keine Probleme bereitet, war aber unnötiger Stress.
