Ho prenotato la struttura la quale ha confermato la sua apertura, ma quando sono arrivato in loco l’ho trovata chiusa! Ho provato a chiamare il numero di cellulare qui presente sul sito ma non rispondeva nessuno. Per fortuna fuori dall’alloggio erano presenti altri due numeri di telefono, ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto dicendomi che era chiusa. Al momento ho chiesto il risarcimento completo dei soldi spesi per la prenotazione, sia tramite Booking che per via privata, ma non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Situazione piuttosto sconveniente.
