Marta e Miguel sono due ragazzi molto disponibili. Il loro concetto di turismo “non di massa” è molto bello. Prenotando la loro hai la possibilità di soggiornare in un palazzo d’epoca, con un arredo elegante e in un quartiere centrale. Lo consiglio.

Everything was perfect. Super nice, helpful host and lovely accomodation, close to the centre. Setúbal is also very nice. Wonderful beaches close by. We got a list of restaurant recommendations which were all very, very nice! We wished we could‘ve stayed longer! (just a minor detail, a shelf for clothes in the room would be nice!)

Manuel è molto attento e disponibile, parla diverse lingue e ci tiene a far conoscere la storia dell'alloggio. Posto piccolo ma con personalità, posizione molto comoda, bagno piccolo ed essenziale, non mancava nulla. Moscatel, caffè, biscotti, tè e tisane offerti. Uso frigo disponibile. Arredamento curato.

Spazio piccolo e vista su edificio diroccato. La camera è al 2° piano non c'è l'ascensore

a simpatia do miguel e da marta foi excepcional. a localização perfeita, perto de tudo, na mais conhecida avenida da cidade de Setúbal. uma ótima recuperação de um prédio histórico. absolutamente lindo, só temos pena de termos ficado apenas uma noite.

por ser um prédio antigo, não existe muita privacidade a nível sonoro.

De tudo. A localização é perfeita a limpeza perfeita. As comodidades do quarto e casa de banho também. Fomos recebidos pelo Miguel que foi sempre impecável, explicou nos tudo e foi super atencioso. Certamente que voltaremos !
