La Madonnina

Struttura piccola e super accogliente! Consigliata vivamente!

La Madonnina is centrally located and close to the Girabaldi Piazza where many people gather. It is a comfortable and beautifully renovated B&B with breakfast included. Valentina is a wonderful hostess and made sure every need was met. I will definitely stay there on my next visit.

The only issue is that the pillows were flat and too hard for me.

We were at another hotel. They had birthday parties in their courtyard every night without telling us! Loud music until well past 1am. Couldn’t sleep - so we left at 6pm and Samuel came to our rescue. Can’t thank them enough for meeting us and getting us all checked in on such short notice. Awesome staff.

Rooms were fine. Nice to stay downtown and just walk to restaurants.

This was our second stay at this lovely B&B. We visited in 2023, and longed to return on our next trip to Nicosia. La Madonnina is immaculate, beautifully updated with modern conveniences, and lovingly decorated. The family that runs the B&B is extremely hospitable, caring and attentive to the needs of the guests. The location in the historic center is fantastic - extremely close to the main piazza, where the cathedral and other historic buildings are located. It was so easy for us to walk to everything we wanted to see. The owners have a beautiful bar & pastry shop, Antica Gelateria, located in the main piazza. Each morning, we enjoyed an Italian breakfast consisting of coffee and a delicious pastry included with our accommodation. To Samuel, his family, and Valentina, grazie mille a tutti per tutto! This was a most wonderful and memorable stay!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Location and helpful receptionist. He provided a good place to eat and places to visit in Nicosia. Free parking right outside the venue. Free breakfast was good.

The wifi kept coming and going. So It was hard to watch YouTube or download emails etc.

Nice hostel. Friendly and helpful owner who spoke good English which was helpful.

All good for the price.

well run, family owned bnb! google gps directed incorrectly but the host answered our call and easily navigated us to the correct address. the son greeted us upon arrival and quickly checked us into our immaculately clean room. fresh filtered water was provided with free refills available. don't let the reviews of the room being small detour you. our room was efficiently designed with plenty of space for two. the referral for dinner at Antica Osteria was appreciated and the dinner was exceptional - don't miss having dinner there!! - and enjoy the yummmmy cannolo from the families' bakery!!!!!! excellent location for exploring this under rated cities' magnificent architecture and history.
