Hayley and Nick are wonderful hosts, providing the perfect home from home. They are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent and there is an option to build your own ideal breakfast, fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The en-suite was a little small but perfectly adequate.

"We have a fantastic visit to the IOW,"

The Chestnuts is a great location for a stay in the IOW, Haley and Nick were the perfect hosts. The room was well laid out and comfortable. A great choice of breakfast and a chat with the other guests to start the day. There is a choice of restaurants and pubs locally or a 15 - 20 minutes drive. Thank you for a fantastic visit if we get the chance will will be back.

"Nice guesthouse close to the beach"

Proper guesthouse with very friendly owners. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, when ordering timely the day before, one could choose from a range of options. Also the distance to Shanklin beach is very favourable: a 5 min walk.

The parking space was a bit cramped. Also the adjacent road is the main road to the beach and hosts quite some traffic.
