the owners were friendly and helpful the accommodation was spotless and very comfortable The breakfast were very tasty ,a great way to start the day ,the chestnuts is a five minute walk to shanklin station with bus stops nearby for the island coaster bus and bus number 3 ,with the beach being nearby also would definitely recommend the chestnuts for anyone planning on visiting the island

Breakfast options and service excellent. Welcoming atmosphere. Good overall presentation of the property including frontage, rear garden and Sun lounge. Location outstanding for access to resort features.

Provision of a simple chair in the room would have been useful even though this was a small single.

Lovely breakfast and hotel was situated near Isle of Wight train and not far from beach

Nothing could be better it is a place I shall stay on a regular basis when I visit the island again.
