The St. Leonards Guest House

First impressions immaculate in decoration and cleanliness, a warm welcome from Pat the hostess and owner. Our room was really comfortable and very modern in decoration , en-suite bathroom with all mod-cons. TV and USB charging sockets. Breakfast was gorgeous with proper butcher's sausages 😋 and perculated coffee was so good. We loved staying at Pat's and highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

St Leonards is spotlessly clean. Our family room for 3 was lovely, bright and spacious. Pat the owner has a fully stocked ‘Honesty’ bar, with a beautiful terrace outside for evening drinks. Pat has thought of everything you need. This being our first time to the IOW, Pat was happy to guide us on where to visit. she is a mindful of local information.

There was nothing not to love about St Leonards.

Hotel staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay great and the facilities were excellent for price and location. Would stay again and tell friends and family to stay here.

Location was great , Pat was a good host, breakfast was excellent.

Shower was sometimes cold, so we just switched it off and then on again.

Lovely breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable clean room.
