Room soba u Opatiji Na Lipovici

a studio with a terrace 3 min walk from the beach and at the start point to walk the promenade, clean, comfortable, have all what is needed for a short stay. A host met us at the bus station and drove to the place.

maybe a bit noisy at night (a big road is nearby) and there is a constuction place just near it (but activity there was minimal)

Perfect location, so cosy and homely and very clean! Fantastic air con and modern shower! Small room but absolutely gorgeous outside area and proximity to the beach is fantastic. We had a relaxing break here and wish we stayed longer. The host was lovely!! Just stay here if you want a cosy couples get away somewhere clean and cool;

location was great and host net me after at the taco drop off which was very helpful lovely garden & outdoor area

room very small but had everything that was needed.
