Lovely property in the heart of Orvieto. Wonderful and comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and the space was very clean. Definitely recommend a stay.

Laura and Daniela were welcoming and so helpful. They made me feel at home. The Reims are wonderful and the shared courtyard space is magical

The room was great nice balcony,bed comfortable loved the extra pillows. Bathroom great also great water pressure. Your close to the centre lots to see and do. Thehost was super we arrived late due that our vehicle need Road side assistance you share the kitchen area which is very lovely as well they have coffee and tea

Location was perfect, a little hard to find initially to park so definitely read the info they send out. Room was spacious, clean and had a lot of nice touches. Staff was very kind.

The hosts were wonderful! Even managed to do a small load of washing that upon my return was hung out for me. Attention detail was seen in everything! The lounge dining and kitchen as well as my room were tastefully decorated. The kitchen came with everything needed in order to prepare a meal including olive oil. My room oozed charm in every nook a cranny. It felt more like a home than a lodging. Highly recommend to anybody booking a stay here in Orvieto. I had a terrific stay!

Nothing! I could not find fault with anything. It fulfilled all my expectations over and above. The friendliness, the value for money, the home feeling, the facilities. Everything was perfect.

Very well located. Kind staff. Nice breakfast. Very quiet place. Parking place.

Nothing to complain on the property. Road to reach the parking is very tiny. Be careful.

The place and the atmosphere are pleasant, the location is excellent, next to the old city, the staff is welcoming and hospitable, the service is excellent.

The site does not have an elevator and the entrance with a car is very narrow.

perfect location and parking near everything you would want to do in this town.. town is a medieval walled town to a little hard to navigate but parking area large and perfect.
