Atmosfera d'Arte - Private parking

Andrebbe insonorizzato meglio l’ambiente, si sentono gli altri inquilini. Poi devono specificare che il parcheggio non e’ accessibile a suv ma solo a vetture medio piccole

The location was great. Laura who greeted us at the gate was very kind and helpful. The kitchen was complete with all necessary appliances, and was clean and inviting. The room was small but comfortable, with a private bathroom. The parking lot felt safe and secure.

The access to the parking lot is tricky for a larger car, but can be done. The rooms in the shared spaces can potentially be noisy. You can hear everything in the neighboring room. If your neighbors are aware and considerate, this is only a minor issue and you might end up having nice interaction and conversation in the shared space.

La pulizia e l'ordine della struttura

Ottimo il parcheggio privato ma poco accessibile soprattutto con auto di media/grandi dimensioni si riscia di rigare la macchina nelle manovre.

Abbiamo appreso solo dopo l’accesso che eravamo in un appartamento condiviso pur con camere e bagni separati.
