Clean, comfy, great breakfast. Good location.

A wonderful stay with exceptional hosts of Jane and Grant. They were so friendly and very helpful. Location of the property just a block from the beach front and excellent close by shops for groceries, liquor and cafes. It was very clean and had everything needed for a stay. Breakfast provisions were outstanding, plentiful and varied. It was very comfortable. Lovely bed and Manchester, comfy lounge, had everything you’d need. Can’t rate it high enough.

Nothing really. (We had a noisy cicada which shrieked but we lured it out so fly spray might have been helpful. It truly is a minor issue.)

The breakfast was great with a good selection. The location was perfect for us.

A light over the kitchen bench would have been helpful but we're being fussy now.

Absolutely incredible, right from our first interaction. Communication was awesome, hospitality was next level. Who provides breakfast and fresh fruit these days. Bonus one minute walk from the beach. Can't wait to come back.

The fresh fruit & bakery bread was really nice for breakfast. Location was great for the beach & close to nice shops & cinema. A bonus was Sky TV.

Lovely friendly hosts! Felt like a family friend, rather than a financial arrangement. Short walk to the beach. Lovely clean room, and breakfast was provided - ate like a king!

Kitchen was very small, and no hob. But expect this is due to council constraints, and the room was as advertised, so no issue at all. What a great excuse to eat out!

Privacy and comfy. Couple owner were very nice and warm

No cooking whitewares and laundry
