My second stay her, I stayed the same time last year. A great location, tidy and very clean.

The service at breakfast was very very slow, the second day we just left and went elsewhere.

The villas / huts were lovely. Very spacious and clean. In a good location at the quieter end of the beach which we much preferred . The breakfast was very good.

My stay at Rockit Café Hotel was a truly horrible experience, mainly due to the behavior of the manager or owner, who was extremely rude, aggressive, and intimidating, to the point where I genuinely felt he might physically attack me. This is completely unacceptable for any guest. The hotel has no security at all. There are dogs roaming freely that can access balconies and common areas, and they eat anything you leave outside, yet there is NO warning or indication about this issue. In my case, I left my shoes on my own balcony because I didn’t want to bring sand into the room, and the next morning a dog had eaten one of my shoes. No one took responsibility. The photos are completely misleading and do not reflect reality. The hotel is old, dirty, and poorly maintained, and it urgently needs proper maintenance. Access to the hotel is also very inconvenient. Cars cannot reach the property directly, and at night the area does not feel safe to walk through, which adds to the feeling of insecurity. In terms of value for money, it is extremely expensive for what it offers and absolutely not worth the price. Overall: terrible management, zero security, rundown facilities, and a very unpleasant experience. I would never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Close to beach

Noise of the crows early hours of the morning, room needs more furniture in them like bedside tables , bed needs to have a decent mattress on it , few more clean towels

Rooms should be more specious

Reaching out to the property was a big challenge. Coz there are many similar properties .

Very pleasant accommodation in the quiet northern part of the beach, a few meters from the sea. We had breakfast included in the price of accommodation. It was very tasty (we tried most of the offer) and in sufficient quantity. Every day we received water in the room and toilet paper if necessary, or whatever we asked for. The staff was nice, always helpful with our requests. We would like to thank them very much for the fact that my wife and I enjoyed our stay in Palolem. At the same time, we would also like to thank the staff of the Sai Valentine's restaurant. Adil and all the other boys from the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful with a choice of many great dishes. We also had no problem finding a place on the beach thanks to them.
