If anything hosts tried too hard!

The Room was exceptionally clean, plenty of tea and coffee,the shower was nice and big ,and Tracy and Sean were fantastic hosts nothing was to much trouble for them, breakfast was amazing great selection of food on offer,the corner house is in an ideal spot just a five minutes walk into Penrith town centre,for all it's amenities, can't wait to stay there again in the future it's an 11 out 10 for us 👍😁

Parking was slightly inconvenient

Location was ideal, food was first class with several options, room was immaculate, my wife who is very fussy has stated she would stay there anytime.

Great owners and lovely accommodation, warm welcoming but supporting of self service and helping navigate. Including supporting us with parking when we arrived and checked in the day time when we were arriving so they could support us best, lovely touch

Good central location, brilliant hospitality, lovely breakfast, comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Shaun and Tracey are wonderful hosts and made sure it was a great stay for us. We appreciate them preparing non-dairy options and providing some breakfast options when we had to leave earlier than the designated breakfast time. Highly recommended for a fantastic stay in Penrith!

Noises from the cars passing by can ba distracting while sleeping, although they provided earplugs. Private parking is available beside the property but it is a tight squeeze for a few cars and can be a bit tricky to maneuver inside and out. Shaun was helpful in guiding us in when we called on the way there.

Nice secure parking for our two motorbikes ,easy to get them into the yard and gate is closed at night .House is very near to the centre of town ,a few minutes walk (all flat for anyone who struggles ) and there are several places to eat and lots of pubs to choose from (our favourite was the real ale pub Fell ,see photo) very near to the B&B We would have stayed more than one night if we could have as it is very near to Ullswater which is always worth a visit The house itself was delightful and our bed was comfortable ,all very clean everywhere ,Drinks tray with hot choc ,herbal teas,tea,coffee kettle ,biscuits in our room ,good shower and hairdryer ,flat screen TV . Breakfast was delicious and a lot to choose from ,chatting with Shaun and Tracey the owners was a real bonus,what a lovely couple ,we were sorry to have to set off and not carry on the chit chat .Hope to return soon
