"Lovely place to stay."

I loved the victorian decor, my room was spotless, bed very comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful. The room had everything I needed, tea, coffee, hairdryer , mini fridge. It's a good location, a couple of minutes walk to the centre. Host Sue is lovely and friendly and I got a fantastic breakfast. It's very good value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Very convenient location. Easy parking outside with token provided by host. Warm and friendly welcome. Excellent facilities. Handy for local pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Another excellent stay at Brooklands but our first with new owner Sue. Everything was excellent and Sue is a super host. Definitely recommend when staying in Penrith

"A lovely comfortable stay."

Breakfast was delicious. Room was incredibly clean and nicely furnished. Lovely host.

Room was extremely small, not a big problem but maybe room could have cost slightly less due to size.
