Please note that the following rooms have a spiral staircase leading up to the room and is not suitable for guests with mobility restrictions: - Upstairs King Room 1 - Upstairs Twin Room 2 - Upstairs Double Room 3 - Upstairs Single Room 4 The Ground Floor Holiday Let (Room 7) has a sofa bed which can be made up as an extra bed. This can be used upon request and prior arrangement directly with the property only. The Ground Floor Double Room with Shower (Room 5) is the only room with another room above it. Please note that certain rooms have age restrictions on children - please contact the property for more information or your reservaiton may be canceled. A deposit may be required at the property.

Peter & Kim were the perfect hosts'. They gave us a very friendly and warm welcome that settled us for our stay. The cottage was beyond awesome, it was so stunning. We can't praise it enough. Don't miss out if you down this way. Thank you both for a very enjoyable stay

Friendly and helpful hosts in a charming old property that has been really tastefully restored. Room impeccably clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent.

Limited daylight in room, but this was purely down to the age of the cottage, so really not a big issue.

Nothing really it was all excellent. My only comment would be that when we did our last minute booking on line we weren’t aware about the staircase. When we go again I will ask Kim for a downstairs room.
