This was our favorite stay during our first week in Sri Lanka! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was an actual hot water shower—a rarity, as many places we stayed at advertised hot water but didn't have it. The breakfast was a feast, and the family running the place was incredibly kind and welcoming. They also offer safari tours to the nearby national park, which we didn't have time for, but it's a great option if you stay longer. This place offers fantastic value for money, and we would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing value for money. The place is comfortable, clean and the surrounding area is beautiful and very quiet. The host is very attentive, and he made an amazing breakfast each morning. Highly recommend this place 😁 thanks for everything!

The owner and his family are super nice and welcoming people. The room is very big and very clean! Surrounded by nature! Close to it, there are a few nice restaurants. If you want a relaxing stay, this is your place.

It is a bit of a walk till the main area where more restaurants are, but as I said, there are very nice ones close to it and anyways I recommend to rent a scooter to move around sigiriya and the beautiful surroundings! Just be careful with the elephants!

Excellent location for Sigiriya Rock. The room was spacious and clean. Our host was amazing, especially when my husband was bitten by a dog. He took us to the hospital, liaised with the staff and waited with us for 3 hours. Top man. He also arranged a day trip to Polannaruwa with a tuk tuk driver.

WiFi was very slow but you are in the middle of nowhere!

Internet. Neither we fi and also my eSIM card was not working so I left a day early

Host picked us up from the train station and waited there as we were an hour late! Dropped us to have some dinner and then picked us up afterwards. Accommodation was very clean and has good air con.

Breakfast wasn’t great Location - it’s a bit difficult getting around if you don’t have your own transport

The most value for money property that I have stayed in the last 10 years. Looks are big, the property is beautiful. The owner is amazing and provides really good breakfast.

Nothing but if I have to point out. 1. Wi-Fi is not the best. But hey you are in the middle of jungle 2. The location can a bit difficult to find if you are coming at night
