Amazing stay. Room was something special, a must see. The host is very charming and true pleasure to have chatting with her at breakfast. This place is a small treasure.

Nothing but our room would be a challenge for people who have limited mobility due to the spiral staircase. There are certainly other rooms (I believe 3 in total).

Absolutly clean and beautiful, each corner is very nice decorated and the house is super organised, with all necessary. The garden is relaxed and intime. We loved to stay there. The parking was next to our door, so confortable.

The hostess was so friendly and she explain us how to use the tramway, parking the car outside of Firenze and visit the city with no stress. We staid there for one night, going 2 times in Firenze. Thank you for advise !

Antonela was an amazing host. She made our visit to Pistoia unforgetable. Her breakfest every morning was exceptional. Also her suggestions about places to visit made us get to know more about Italy and to see places we would never know about. Our dog was treated with kindness and love. Thank you Antonela for everything and we will be back to visit your beautiful property..

There was nothing we did not like.
