The views, the spa bath tub, the bed was comfortable, room amenities were excellent

very modest ; of course vs hotel it was inferior

The view from the room was not what was advertised. I did specifically verify the view with the hotel prior to finalizing the reservation; however, upon the arrival, the view from the room was pretty disappointing. I have attached the photos so you can judge it for yourself. A room that was advertised as the Ocean view both in the description and the advertised room pictures, was actually a “Garden View” room with “partial ocean view” at best!

Loved that it was quiet, had a huge balcony with beautiful views and the private lemon garden downstairs was amazing. The room was spacious with cute decor and had full kitchen which was handy (we only used it for microwaving leftovers) and for coffee :-) You have a perfect view of the sunset and of Positano

Nothing wrong with the property at all. It was expensive taking a taxi into Positano but it’s a lot cheaper taking the bus.

Check in was a little rough. There's no place to pull over and unload, so we basically had to contact the host when we arrived, parked in someone else's lot for a minute, then we were told to drive to their parking garage where we were met by the owner's daughter. Then we had to lug our bags up the street for a few hundred yards on a busy street. They should have had a way for us to unload our bags at the hotel and then drive to the garage. Or at least have had someone bring our bags from the garage to the room. The host was very nice, but the check in process could have been much better.
