Neat and well located

The guestthouse owner was not informed about our PETS beforehand .it resulted in a nasty altercation .no House rules displayed and was confronted with non compliance..the booking was specifically for acc with pets.please resolve and come back to me i am a regular bookings.com user Awaiting your reply why this option was not conveyd to host
