We had such a great time here. The view and access to the beautiful sandy beach was the highlight. We left feeling so relaxed!

The location was great. View over the bay and being able to walk to the beach from the property was fab.

We felt it needed a little TLC inside there was paint flaking off the walls where there was obviously damp. The shower was tiny and the kitchen didn’t have a kettle or an oven.

A private cottage on a magnificent property on the water with beach access. Magnificent patio area, great location away from chias of Ortigia

No lounge area in cottage but more than compensated for with private courtyard and patio area

This little cottage is a real gem and well worth the short drive from Siracusa. The shared terrace looks out onto a charming little bay and has access down to the beach. The cottage also has a private terrace which is perfect for dining. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking meals, but it seemed to have all that would be needed for a short stay and there’s a good coffee machine too.

This is the most relaxing and beautiful place to stay , and if your lucky enough to stay there don’t think twice , just book it . The owners are beautiful people and always available via What’s app . I feel blessed to have had the privilege of this being my home from home for a short time.

Nothing , but if your looking for bars and restaurants nearby it’s not for you . If your seeking a bit of paradise in peace and tranquility you’ll be happy .

Location and the house are TOP! The stairs to the beach The views amazing. The water and the sea are just fantastic.

Sharing the place with other people. It's a beautiful but elatively small house with two bedrooms and feels odd to share.

Beautifuly located modenvilla with stunning view. You need a car to go to Syracuse, but You get a serene, clean and peaceful place to stay and we enjoyed each minute here.
