Hotel Radish House

スタッフの方々の対応がとても良く、ご飯も品数豊富で美味しく、温泉♨️も気持ち良かったです。

施設の老朽化がみられる箇所があった。

Emplacement privilégié pour profiter des osens plus haut sur la route, et passer une journée vers Kakunodate et/ou au lac Tazawako. Secteur très calme. La personne au téléphone qui aide le monsieur de la réception parle bien anglais et est très à l'écoute des demandes. Le onsen de l'hôtel (il y a deux bassins privés à disposition des clients) est très agréable. Grande salle à manger pour prendre ses repas. Wifi ok. Propreté correcte. Pas très cher (mais trop élevé vu la prestation).

Numéro de téléphone inconnu des GPS et adresse difficile à rentrer même pour un japonais (qui m'a aidé à trouver l'endroit). Le monsieur à l'accueil a oublié de me demander de payer la nuit que je croyais déjà réglée via Booking. J'ai été obligée de payer plus tard via Paypal, avec 5% de taxes en plus. Le chauffage de la chambre est avec une recharge de gaz limitée. Quand elle est vide, il fait un froid glacial (en particulier le matin au réveil). Pas d'isolation thermique ni phonique. Si les autres clients sont bruyants, difficile de bien dormir... Aucun confort dans la chambre. Juste deux lits. Matelas très durs. Rapport qualité-prix très moyen (même si ce n'est pas très cher).

这是一家家庭式的旅馆，在有大雪和寒冷的大山中进入这样一家旅馆，给人感觉特别温馨。老爷爷、妈妈和孩子一家人的招待十分周到又非常令人感到温暖。晚餐和早餐非常丰盛，味道很棒。内附温泉，可以独自泡（不过只有两个浴室，而房间比较多，入住的客人多的话，不建议在里面泡的时间太久）。共用空间内东西很丰富，很有趣味。

The stay was excellent, with lovely view of sunset and a glimpse of Lake Tazawa. The room was cozy and amenities, such as a heater, made the stay comfortable. There is sufficient space in the dining area and lounge to chill and relax too. Very inviting vibe. The hosts were friendly and non intrusive. The only issue is one needs a car to have access to this lovely homestay. No convenience stores around, but the hosts are able to prepare both breakfast and dinner. Or you can get your own bento on your way in and there is a microwave oven for use. Cleanliness is tip-top. Room is relatively big. The whole place more than met our expectation. Highly recommended if you drive.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent - well rounded and nutritionally balanced meals. The bathrooms and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Since it was off season, we had the place to ourselves. It was a relaxing experience.

I enjoyed my stay. So, my next comment is just a suggestion to attract more customers. The shower room in the basement could be improved.

リーズナブル、快適に過ごせました。 食堂横の共有スペースで食事できたり（食堂のテーブルも使わせてもらえます）大きな薪ストーブがあったり、雪国情緒を感じることができました。 部屋にも石油ファンヒーターを置いてくれているので寒さも感じることがありませんでした。

部屋のドアが閉まりにくかったです（部屋でウエアをつっていたこともあり木枠が膨張していた？）
