Freunliche Begrüßung, mittels App konnten José und ich uns problemlos unterhalten. Tägliches Bettenmachen. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Altes Haus mit Charm.

Mein kleines Einzelzimmer im 1. OG war recht dunkel und lag direkt am Gang/Aufzug mit Fenster in den innenliegenden Wohnzimmerschacht. Da die Türen zudem sehr dünn waren (oben hatte sie einen breiten offenen Spalt), habe ich mich als Alleinreisende in diesem Raum nicht ganz so wohl gefühlt. Das ist aber Geschmackssache und war sicherlich auch der Situation geschuldet, dass es mir zwischenzeitlich gesundheitlich nicht gut ging. Schade war auch, dass alles etwas "abgewohnt" schien. Der Bettbezug und der Duschvorhang hatten Löcher und schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. In der Toilette sah man noch leichte Bremsspuren als ich ankam. Ingesamt war es okay.

Un po’ difficoltosa la comunicazione con il gestore perché spesso non rispondeva ai messaggi, la camera non era pulitissima (peli nella doccia e un mozzicone di sigaretta nel water)

El sitio es muy acogedor y José Antonio un anfitrión súper agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable y el precio muy justo.

Me he alojado en la habitación con baño privado de la planta baja que da justo a la puerta de entrada y el único inconveniente que he encontrado ha sido que se escuchan mucho los ruidos de la gente que entra y sale de la casa.

The house has an wonderful, traditional charm to it, helped by all the antique furnishings. If you enjoy a historic feel to your accommodation, this is the one for you! The host was very friendy and helpful, and he gave very clear and specific instructions for coming and going from the property, so there was no worry of trouble with the keys. My room was cute and clean, and I wish I could have stayed more nights so that I could use the common areas a bit more, they were so beautiful. The location was also very handy for sightseeing, and the Casa de Pilatos is very close. It was a charming place, and I would definitely like to stay here again!

The accommodation was a little difficult to find, but the host was very responsive in helping me find my way there. The room had a window onto the common area where people enter and leave, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be difficult to sleep in this specific room. I didn't have too much issue though. Also, since there is no A/C, it was a little difficult to sleep due to the heat. It would be good if they could provide a small fan perhaps.
