It’s clean and the view is beautiful

The view from the balcony is amazing! it’s a basic room but has everything that you need and was clean. we loved having breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. they do scooter rental for 75,000 a day and also we booked our taxi down to seminyak after for 450,000 as there’s no grab up there. I would stay here again.

We liked the view and the people who worked there were always smiling and helpful.

Unfortunately we didn't like the location close to the busy road it's noisy, sometimes very noisy and we couldn't sleep.

Mantra was in a great location. We could walk to great eating options and the view from our room was gorgeous. The lovely sisters, daughters of the owners even took us on a tour of the area on the back of their motorbikes; for a small charge. Perfect for us as we didn’t feel confident to drive scooters ourselves.

Bedside lighting would have been a plus.

Our visit in Sidemen was short, but we enjoyed our 2 night-stay in Mantra Guesthouse. The views of this place are just amazing and the people who are in charge are very nice and always willing to help. They offered to bring a very good breakfast to the balcony every morning so we could start the day enjoying the views and also helped us with laundry. Communication was also very good and fluid.

The facilities need a bit of maintainance. Although the room was clean, there where some wholes in the sink or the door, so there were lots of ants in the room and the bathroom all the time, specially at night.

Great location with beautiful views. Owners exceptionally helpful with organising our day trips and recommendations for dining. On our very early arrival, we were lucky enough to check in, and delicious breakfast prepared for us on our balcony.. Many thanks to Komang, Amy & Komang for making our time in Sidemen, so memorable.

Huge, comfortable bed. The view from the balcony is an absolute delight! I very much enjoyed having my breakfast here. I was easily able to organise onward travel through a WhatsApp number left in the room.

I found the traffic noise from the main road a little disturbing but I am quite noise sensitive which is why I travel with earplugs.

Beautiful guesthouse. Especially the view when waking up is amazing. Nice breakfast and very kind staff!

Good location amongst some excellent restaurants and with views over rice fields towards the mountains. Good breakfast on communal balcony . Friendly staff. Early check-in appreciated.

Dogs barking until 2am on first night made sleep nigh impossible. Unnecessarily impersonal breakfast booking system using WhatsApp. Bathroom drain at opposite end of room from shower beside toilet meant always wet feet. Tepid, at best, shower.
