For one night we didn’t have hot water for our shower but it was fixed by the next night

Serena was the most kind and accommodating host! We arrived much earlier than the check in time and she was able to get our room ready for us and even give us coffee and water on arrival. The room was just what we needed for us and the cleaning services were wonderful!! Really made a difference to our stay. The location was so perfect. Surrounded by all the small cobble stone streets and being right in town made a great difference. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing that could be better was that the sofa bed sunk in the middle so it was not as comfortable as it could have been.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was a perfect commuting distance to the main square, and also the port and beaches. Everything was around us within a 5-10 min walk! The room was incredibly clean everyday and perfectly spacious too. Among this, the superb help, hospitality and friendliness provided by Serena helped to make us feel warmly welcomed to the area and safe, her assistance with everything was beyond what anything else could offer.

The location was great, it was close the the water as well as the main shopping and dining of Sorrento. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings as it was on a quieter side street. Serena was truly the best host we could have ever asked for, she was so quick to reply to any inquiries and was so thoughtful!! We will absolutely be staying at Millie Sorrento Suites if we are ever back and plan to recommend it to all our friends and family.

Great location! Great apartments! The apartments are cleaned daily. Internet in the apartment works great! Everything is as stated on the website. Near everything you need for a comfortable stay! A very attentive and sympathetic owner, she treated me to oranges and lemons from her own garden, she is ready to help, tell, and suggest on any issue.

There is no such! Everything is fine thanks to such an owner it cannot be otherwise!
