El departamento es muy cómodo, y tiene todo lo que se necesita. Camadas cómodas, buena ducha, con todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar. Todo de muy buena calidad. Serena está pendiente de todo, y Paola una genia. Ojala podamos volver.

Solo que está que hay que dos pisos de escalera, pero pudimos arreglarnos.

Serena was very helpful throughout our stay and very reliable individual . She has helped us carrying our luggage from sorrento train station, which was very nice of her, and also helped in arranging various day trips. Property is very central and clean. 200% recommend.

Second floor stairs

Always friendly and accommodating. Serene is a great host. We have returned several times as it is a great apartment and always feels like home.

Nothing of consequence . . .

The location was fantastic! In the middle of everything in a quiet spot. The room also gets cleaned everyday with all of your amenities, no stress. Our host Serena was so attentive, kind and helpful. I forgot my phone charger and she sorted me out within 20 mins, we also had a nightmare with our pre-booked taxi on our return home and Serena was on hand ready to help out! All in all, a perfect property and host for my first visit in Italy.

Nothing to dislike as much but it’s on the second floor with a few steps to the apartment but again, nothing to worry about considering the whole of sorrento is hilly, so lots of walking is required anyway for this type of holiday. I would have loved a mirror in the bedroom but that’s me being lazy considering there’s one in the hallway and bathroom!

The location was perfect. Two minutes from everything but not on a busy street. Serena greeted us and carried our bags up to two flights of stairs and was very kind and helpful and spoke perfect English.

Very local and convenient, great facilities, lovely setting, right in the heart of Sorrento. Serena was very helpful from the day we booked until we left.
