The Shelter Heritage A Boutique Hotel 12 minutes from Airport and Railway station

The manager Aijaz was very accomodating to us. He offered tour options in Srinagar as well as a land transfer for our group to Leh. We found his offer very suitable for our requirements and affordable for our group. All the 3 drivers Arif, Atayib and Stanzin who drove us to Pahalgam, Gunmarg, Sonamarg, and Leh were very courteous, attentive and trustworthy to us. We were stranded in Sonamarg due to the avalanche along the way to Kargil and manager Aijaz consistently monitored us and helped in finding new accomodations. I left my winter jacket at the hotel in Sonamarg and the drivers Atayib and Stanzin coordinated to ensure that the jacket was forwarded to me in Leh. Thank you very much Aijaz for your very efficient team of drivers. Staying at your place in Srinagar and meeting you helped a lot in making our road trip from Srinagar to Ladakh safe and ejoyable.

The buffet breakfast was delicious but could be better if the vegies were less salty.

Thanks for making wonderful kashmir trip. Good host and wonderful stay we had. From day 1 till day 3rd we had amazing trip kashmir valley.

Everything was perfect . I sent a personal request for airport transfers because my flight was late evening and after boarding the flight it was delayed for 2 hours but the driver arranged through the hotel was waiting for us. After reaching the hotel they arranged food for us at 11:45 pm because our flight was delayed. And our team extended a few more nights and did the package trip through them which was one of the most memorable trips to us. They arranged a special pass for some off destinations that were amazing. The staff and food was according to our taste.

A good, comfortable Mid range for our standards. We were very relaxed and comfortable, very clean, good-sized room. very satisfied. it has a Westerner style bathroom with enclosed shower . The team arranged arranged our trip smoothly. I informed the airport transfer on time the driver was ready to pick up us. and we visit gulmarg, phalgam sonamarg on reasonable price we had lovely stay and thanks for supporting and arranging the trip smoothly
